Founded by Dr. Jennifer Geddes-McAlister (University of Guelph), Moms in Proteomics was honoured to host a Hot Topic Discussion at the HUPO (Human Proteome Organization) World Congress in November 2021.

Through conversation coordinated and led by Dr. Geddes-McAlister, a unified voice of Moms in Proteomics emerged, sharing struggles, fundamental ideals, and guidance guided by a framework of 6 Themes discussed below
